Job summary

You will deliver performance reports, provide data-driven recommendations on bids and pricing, assist with onboarding and campaign launches, and grow partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain performance data clearly.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics like lead volume and conversion rates.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact — answering questions, fulfilling requests, and ensuring accounts perform.
• Pull regular performance reports for buyers and translate data into actionable updates.
• Provide bid guidance, pricing recommendations, and communicate optimization opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding new buyers and coordinating with operations for a smooth launch.
• Act as the first line of response for issues and ensure resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with assigned accounts and drive proactive updates.
• Spot opportunities to expand revenue and deepen partnerships.
