Job summary

Native Pet, Inc. is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build and lead our performance partnerships function, spanning affiliates, performance influencer, and a vet ambassador program.

You will shape strategy, economics, and hands-on execution, recruiting partners and negotiating deals to drive incremental growth. You'll partner with brand, creative, product, and retention teams to design measurement, governance, and scalable processes that deliver ROI-positive outcomes and a best-in-class

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, affiliate, influencer, or growth marketing.
• Proven ROI-positive programs with CAC/LTV mindset.
• Strong commercial instincts and deal structuring experience.
• Fluency with affiliate/influencer platforms and measurement.
• Builder mindset: launched something new from zero.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data-driven communication.
• Passion for pets.

Responsibilities

• Lead affiliates, influencer, and vet ambassador programs end-to-end.
• Recruit partners, negotiate deals, optimize performance.
• Define economics, commission structures, ROI targets.
• Establish measurement and dashboards for attribution.
• Launch vet ambassador program from ground up.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, finance, retention.
• Manage agencies, platforms, and tools; mentor team.
