Kommissary is seeking an organized Operations & Sales Coordinator to blend client-facing service, logistics coordination, and process improvement at our LIC and Bronx facilities.

You will be a key contact for customer needs, support daily routing and inventory with the warehousing team, and help build smarter systems as we scale—across ecommerce orders, sales, and finance collaborations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years in ecommerce operations, logistics, sales, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Proficient with CRM management and data handling (Google Sheets/Excel).

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling delivery schedules and orders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Work with warehouse and logistics to manage daily routing and inventory.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for order flow and automation.
• Use Google Sheets/Excel to track data and build simple tools.
