Cumulus Media is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with local and regional businesses, delivering marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong communication, and willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and opportunities. This position offers commission-based earnings and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required or preferred in broadcast/media/digital advertising sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required; regular travel is essential.
• Passion for developing new business relationships in an outside sales role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
• Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Create and identify client business needs by understanding goals, objectives, processes, and market trends.
• Deliver integrated marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events to drive results.
• Negotiate and close business to grow revenue and long-term client relationships.
• Develop product knowledge of Cumulus assets and services to stay current with opportunities.
• Represent the full suite of products as marketing solutions for clients across platforms.
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and assist in fulfillment of sales agreements.
• Prospect actively to maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects.
