Job summary

TEGNA is seeking an Account Manager to support Account Executives by managing post-sale fulfillment for broadcast and digital campaigns. You will help implement campaigns, maintain client schedules, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver results.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and teamwork, with a focus on retaining clients and growing revenue under guidance from the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assigned Account Executives on post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Track client performance using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist with contract maintenance, avails, traffic, and collections.
• Attend sales trainings to stay updated on products and processes.
