The role involves estimating for mechanical service projects, and coordinating with customers and operations to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical background, experience with facility managers, and strong communication and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Self generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base.
• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities.
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations).
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships.
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs.
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes.
