Qualifications

• Proactive problem-solving with the ability to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate load execution and pricing with Carrier Sales and Sales teams.
• Prepare and participate in customer reviews (QBR/MBR).
• Monitor AR aging and escalate past-due issues as needed.
