The AE collaborates with Account Managers and Operations to ensure service excellence, maintain client relationships, and meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth plans to increase wallet share within accounts.
• Qualify and convert clients into reliable customers.
• Drive revenue and profit growth by closing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations to service portfolios.
• Manage and grow customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for customers.
• Travel less than 10% as needed.
