Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Account Management team; conduct weekly 1:1s.
• Manage daily workflow and delegate when staff are out.
• Ensure tender acceptance and on-time delivery above SLA.
• Provide pricing input and collaborate with Sales and leadership.
• Perform annual performance reviews and set career development goals.
