• Assist project managers in maintaining and monitoring project schedules, estimates and hours.
• Create purchase requisitions/POs; track shipments; reconcile invoices.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings; follow up on actions.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, issues and risks.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings; provide admin support.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to team members.
