Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects and supporting PMs.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Degree in IT, PM, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to create purchase orders, place and track orders, and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, estimates, and hours.
• Create purchase requisitions and track shipment and delivery of equipment; reconcile invoices.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resolve variances.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings; document actions and decisions.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and issues; prepare presentation materials.
• Provide administrative support and ensure adherence to project management frameworks.
• Distribute meeting minutes to all team members.
