Envision in St. Louis, MO (Remote) is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12+ month engagement. You will work with PMs to create POs, place and track orders, and dig into budget variances as needed. The role emphasizes organization, detail orientation, and growth toward a PM position. 2 years of relevant experience preferred; BS degree required.

Remote meetings occur 1–2 times monthly; panel interviews include the HM and three leads via Teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in creating POs and tracking orders.
• Monitor project budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks and issues.
• Manage project documents and ensure framework adherence.
