Job summary

Hylant seeks a Client Executive to grow and manage a book of business within the Individual Solutions market. You will proactively identify opportunities, retirement and retention strategies, and lead negotiations to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include presenting to prospects, cross-selling with other departments, and collaborating with leadership to drive growth while maintaining service standards across a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years insurance brokerage sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a book of business and grow it year over year.
• Generate sales leads through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and cross selling.
• Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and tailor Hylant solutions.
• Schedule and conduct presentations for prospective clients.
