Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the primary service contact for an assigned book of business in the US market. You will oversee client service needs, ensure timely responses, manage renewals, and onboard new clients with accurate agency data.

You will maintain a high client retention ratio, pursue growth within existing accounts, and collaborate with sales, carriers, and internal teams to deliver cost-effective Property & Casualty solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Intermediate MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• CIC or CRM designation encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and communication, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead service contact to clients for the assigned book of business.
• Oversee client service needs, ensuring responsiveness, deadlines and escalation.
• Manage client renewal process with timely, quality activities.
• Onboard new clients with thorough, accurate files and data.
• Maintain 96%+ client retention and pursue growth opportunities.
• Engage carriers, vendors, and internal teams to strengthen relationships.
• Support growth through account rounding and risk/coverage assessment.
• Lead Client Engagement Strategy (CES) for assigned clients.
• Act as back-up at all support levels as needed.
