Job summary

Hylant Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Manager to provide external support to clients for an assigned book of business. You will ensure service levels, drive client retention and build long-term relationships while coordinating with sales and support teams to onboard new clients.

You will manage renewals, maintain client files, and pursue cost-effective P&C solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and professional development in a family‑oriented, top-insurance firm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or risk management.
Three or more years of insurance client service experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead service contact to clients for the assigned book of business.
Oversee client service needs and ensure engagement across the support team.
Manage renewal processes and ensure timely, quality activities.
Direct onboarding of new clients with thorough, accurate files and data.
Maintain a high client retention rate and pursue growth opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with clients, carrier partners, vendors and internal teams.
Support growth through account rounding and risk assessment.
Lead Client Engagement Strategy (CES) for assigned clients.
Serve as a back-up at all support levels as needed.
Pursue ongoing insurance knowledge and professional designations.
