Farmers Insurance James Camp is seeking an entrepreneurial Agent in Training to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. This role offers paid training that transitions into a base salary plus commissions and bonuses. The position is in-office in Michigan with potential for remote work.

Candidates must have Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses, or be willing to obtain them. Free pre-licensing education is available to help meet state requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses within timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and close opportunities.
• Build relationships through networking and community events.
• Meet with customers to review coverage and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options and protections.
• Deliver excellent service by handling policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency systems.
• Stay current on Farmers products and promotions.
• Support agency growth by meeting production targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes.
