Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Inside Sales Representative (ISR), BDR, or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to ensure a steady flow of meetings.
• Create and track sales opportunities (leads, renewals, and deal registrations in Salesforce.com).
• Manage small-scale deals and renewal opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to strategize outreach and lead qualifications.
• Address customer satisfaction issues and assist with presentations and demos.
