As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll manage existing accounts, close inbound expansions, handle billing requests, and partner with Marketing to drive growth. This is a full-time role, based from our Paris Hub.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in Sales with progression goals.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products.
• Collaborates across Sales, Support, Billing and Marketing.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to over-achieve.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and pricing discussions.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions and upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests including renewals and payment changes.
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to drive expansion and retention across products.
