Job summary

Figma is seeking an Early Career Inside Sales Representative (2027) to join our team in New York City or San Francisco. You will engage existing customers, qualify inbound leads, and drive renewals while learning our product and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in sales and growing toward Senior Inside Sales Rep or Account Exec.
• Ability to learn new products, processes, and policies quickly.
• Collaborate across Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.
• Strong motivation to over-achieve and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email and Zoom about Figma’s platform and pricing.
• Close inbound requests for subscription expansions and license upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests including renewals and payment terms.
• Close targeted account renewals and qualify inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns for expansion and retention.
