Huckleberry Labs in the United States is seeking a User Acquisition Manager for a 12-month contract (1099). You will lead global paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more, driving CAC and ROAS while partnering with product, data science, and lifecycle teams to optimize conversion paths.

You will plan testing frameworks, manage multi-million budgets, and collaborate with creative and brand teams to craft scalable growth strategies and new channels.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with major advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
• Experience with AppsFlyer and Amplitude.
• Experience running lift tests.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Technical knowledge setting up conversion tracking.
• Accountability and ownership mindset.
• Blend of creative and analytical problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and manage global paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and more, hitting CAC/ROAS targets.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets across paid media.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams to develop scalable ad creatives and messaging.
• Explore growth opportunities and prioritize by impact.
• Build and manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, ad copy, audience tests, bids).
• Liaise with affiliate marketing agency and manage relationships with ad platform partners.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition-to-retention.
• Contribute to growth strategy and identify new channels and levers.
