Jackpot is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to own paid social and in-app campaigns, driving growth across Meta, TikTok, Snap and AppLovin. You will collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to optimize budgets, KPIs, and attribution strategies.

The role is remote, based in New York, with a base salary in the $135k–$150k range plus bonus and equity. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of paid media experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in building, optimizing and reporting on Paid Social and App channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, AppLovin).
• Analytically driven with strong understanding of data methodologies to inform decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes and inform media decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own advertising campaigns on paid social and in-app channels, accountable for growth strategies and KPI tracking.
• Assist in managing ad networks and testing new partners with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer).
• Develop a test-and-learn framework focused on audience segmentation and bid strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing designer and head of acquisition to manage budgets and channel KPIs.
