Job summary

Huckleberry Labs is hiring a Marketing Manager - Web to own conversion across the web experience—from first visit to app install, free trial, and purchase. This is a 6 month, 40 hours per week, 1099 contract position.

You’ll manage the growth program, write build specs for interactive tools, partner with Guidance for clinical soundness, and build AI-driven systems to support a lean team’s testing cadence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, web growth, or experimentation.
• Owned a conversion, acquisition, or revenue target with before/after results.
• Hands-on building, launching, and reading out A/B and multivariate tests.
• Define metrics and instrument events; work with structured data and APIs.
• Experience building AI-powered tools or recurring processes into reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a web conversion target aligned with broader user acquisition goals.
• Drive full funnel optimization across blog, landing pages, account creation, checkout, pricing, and paywall.
• Lead an experimentation program with a weekly promo-unit test cadence and defined scoring.
• Deliver performance readouts to marketing leadership and contribute to web reporting.
• Conceive and spec interactive web experiences (calculators, quizzes, recommendations) with engineering handoff.
• Work with Guidance for clinical guardrails and ensure content aligns with pediatric guidelines.
• Partner to surface monetization risks early and guide decisions on paid features.
