Cleverside, a growing international mobile product company, is seeking a UA specialist to lead user acquisition strategies for our portfolio of mobile games. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, ASA, and incentivized networks, and analyze performance to drive ROAS and LTV.

You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to test new channels, tools, and ideas.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with video ad networks.
• Experience with attribution and analytics systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and ARPU.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient English communication (B1 or higher).
• Experience planning UA funnels across channels.
• Experience with subscription-based and ad-monetized products.
• Experience with rewarded traffic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns in TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, ASA.
• Work with Incentivized traffic and search for partners.
• Manage full UA cycle: test hypotheses, scale successful initiatives.
• Launch soft launches and monitor KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics and product teams.
