Job summary

Flo Health in Indiana is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, building a scalable UA engine and owning KPI strategy end-to-end.

You will optimize account structure, bid models, audience segmentation, and creative testing; drive ROAS, CPA, and LTV improvements; collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech and growth teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, building a scalable UA engine.
• Own strategy and KPIs end-to-end with minimal hand-holding and maximum results.
• Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms.
• Lead creative testing, building scalable systems to test many creatives and replicate wins.
• Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation.
• Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
• Use AI tools to streamline reporting, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech and growth teams to align on creative direction and asset delivery.
• Analyze LTV, monetization, and web funnels; investigate any shifts and root causes.
• Generate insights and regular performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, privacy regulations, and AI in marketing.
