Datacontroller Toogeza Ltd. is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead UA campaigns across Meta and other channels. You will own performance metrics, optimize spend, and develop testable hypotheses to improve ROAS and CAC.

Collaboration with PMMs and the creative team is essential to enhance both product and ad creatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in user acquisition/performance marketing.
• Experience managing budgets over $100K on Meta.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and their impact on performance.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Amplitude and Tableau.
• Structured thinking and systematic work approach.
• Creativity and ability to generate ideas and hypotheses.
• Ability to explain decisions with data.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta and others).
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Own key metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and more.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve UA performance.
• Collaborate with PMMs and creative team to enhance product and creatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate ideas.
• Research and analyze competitors’ UA strategies, channels, and creatives.
