Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily execution and service of assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as an operational point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Carrier Sales and operations to ensure coverage and service.
• Monitor shipments, pickups, deliveries, and milestones.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, changes, or issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and account documentation.
• Help protect customer scorecards and long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through exceptional service.
