Responsibilities

• Manages an Employee Benefits book of insurance business, with high degree of independent discretion and autonomy
• Provides professional, courteous service to EB clients, carrier reps, underwriters, partners, and HUB colleagues to achieve strong account retention
• Supports EB Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts
• Understands clients' objectives and analyzes plans to determine suitability, staying updated on industry changes and advising clients accordingly
