HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for a hybrid role in Albuquerque, NM. This position focuses on servicing and maintaining Employee Benefits accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business. It requires a life/health license and strong MS Office skills.

As part of HUB’s customer service team, you will support producers, liaise with carriers, and manage account documentation. Occasional travel and ongoing education are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Life & Health insurance license is preferred/required for this role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Manages an Employee Benefits book of insurance business with autonomy.
• Provides professional service to EB clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and HUB colleagues.
• Supports EB Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Travels on company business as required and prepares reports for management.
