Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to maintain an established book of business and work directly with clients to obtain quotes, endorsements, or renewals. The role handles service requests, policy changes, and client information to support quoting and renewals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, market analysis, and maintaining records and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license is required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred
• This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions, handling book of business of $400,000+
• Review of insurance applications and policies to ensure initial compliance and underwriting authority and guidelines
• Providing insurance information and support to Sales Executives in a variety of written forms
• Screening and processing insurance applications
• Prepare and compile a variety of insurance-related documents within established procedures
• Market existing and new accounts
• Maintain all records
• Maintain positive carrier relationships
• Assist in meeting office sales goals
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%)
• Any other duties as appropriate and assigned by management
