Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, develop client relationships and deliver growth and retention.

You will partner with producers, prepare renewal and debrief presentations, coordinate with HUB Specialty Practice Teams, and guide clients through enrollment and plan design while staying current on benefits trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred.
• Life & Health insurance license required or preferred.
• Experience in wellness programs within large accounts preferred.
• Experience in self-funded account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong client relationships with clients and carriers.
• Maintains accurate and organized account files; documents conversations and updates systems.
• Analyzes clients' business and insurance objectives and assesses plan suitability.
• Offers HUB resources and industry trends to clients and negotiates with carriers.
• Manages enrollment processes and coordinates with producers and HUB teams.
• Prepares renewal and debrief presentations and leads plan implementations.
