Job summary

HUB International in the United States seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support Emerging Markets clients. You will serve as main contact, assist with renewals, carrier liaison, and cross-functional coordination to deliver HUB services throughout the policy cycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Strong listening, prioritizing with clients and carriers.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with broker management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Support the Account Executive in renewal processes, materials/reports, and internal systems.
• Act as liaison between clients and carriers for service and marketing needs.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings; coordinate client work across the account team.
• Manage carrier changes and ensure timely completion of required documents.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within HUB products and services.
• Oversee open enrollment assistance and communications.
• Support new client or new line of coverage implementation.
• Stay informed on industry changes impacting clients.
• Maintain open items log and ensure timely closure.
• May travel for client meetings up to 25% of the time.
