Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to maintain an established book of business, interact with clients to obtain information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals, and process client service requests. The role requires handling a book of business and collaboration with Sales Executives, with travel up to 20%.

The position supports insurance clients across property, casualty, life and health, employee benefits, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions.
• Review insurance applications and policies for compliance and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in written form.
• Screen and process insurance applications.
• Prepare and compile insurance-related documents within established procedures.
• Market existing and new accounts.
• Maintain all records and positive carrier relationships.
• Assist in meeting office sales goals.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
