Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a District Sales Manager in Shreveport, LA to drive outside sales growth and guide Account Managers in acquiring new business while expanding existing accounts. The role emphasizes coaching, strategic territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regional targets.

The position requires leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to interpret P&L statements and forecast margins.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze, report and present financial and sales data effectively.
Proven ability to build partnerships and sell to B2B customers.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Lead outside sales growth and guide Account Managers to achieve new business and account expansion targets.
Establish territories and quotas; analyze market trends, competitor information, and forecasts.
Coach AMs in core sales methodologies and enterprise sales processes.
Perform monthly reviews with Account Managers to measure performance and plan for territory growth.
Maintain a portfolio of regional accounts with focus on retention and customer experience.
Collaborate with Account Executives to align regional sales strategies and drive activity generation.
Identify expansion opportunities and operational efficiencies within existing accounts.
