Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 5+ years in a relevant field).
• A demonstrated history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
• A proven history of increasing responsibility in a B2B sales-related or sales operations position, including mentoring a team and P&L stewardship.
• A proactive leadership approach, with a history of supporting and mentoring teams for at least 5 years.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building alignment and staying organized.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word, and experienced in data entry and order extraction.
• Numerical proficiency for practical business applications and analytical reporting.
• Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs. and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle.
• Comfortable working in a drug-free environment and flexible to adapt schedule.
