Job summary

You will coach field teams, set territories, and align regional sales initiatives to expand the customer base while protecting existing relationships. Ideal candidates bring strong financial acumen, English communication skills, and proven success in B2B sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to interpret P&L statements.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to analyze, report and present sales data effectively.
• Demonstrated partnership-building and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide Account Managers to achieve targets for new business and account expansion.
• Establish territories and quotas using market trends and forecasts.
• Spend significant time in the field coaching AMs on sales activities.
• Train and mentor in the company's core sales methodology.
• Conduct monthly reviews with Account Managers to measure performance.
• Grow and maintain a portfolio of regional accounts with high retention.
• Execute plans to optimize margins and field execution with pricing reviews.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on regional strategies and training.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scheduling of BDRs.
