The District Sales Manager partners with the Region’s Sales team to train, support, and align field activities, delivering strong sales results and long-term client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to interpret P&L and forecast margins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience analyzing, reporting, and presenting sales and financial data effectively.

Aufgaben

• Guide and improve sales performance and pipeline health for Account Managers.
• Set territories and quotas, analyze market trends and forecasts.
• Coach AMs in sales activities and collaborative selling.
• Mentor in core sales methodologies and revenue opportunities within accounts.
• Conduct monthly reviews to drive growth and create territory plans.
• Grow and maintain key regional accounts with strong customer experience.
• Drive pricing strategy alignment and contract margin optimization.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to enable regional sales execution and BD opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and operational efficiencies within existing accounts.
