Zeta Global is seeking a Client Success Manager in New York City for a hybrid role. You will own client portfolios, drive campaign success, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product to maximize performance and retention.

As the primary contact, you will monitor performance metrics, conduct reviews, surface opportunities, and guide upsell strategies across client lines of business.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, or client services.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence leading data driven conversations.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Own and maintain strong relationships with accounts, ensuring client success through up-sells, cross-sells, renewals, and overall account growth.
• Partner with Sales to successfully launch, manage, and scale new accounts, ensuring long-term growth and performance optimization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, campaign execution, and strategic recommendations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
