Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager for the marketing industry. In this high-ownership role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns with internal marketing specialists, and ensure projects stay on track to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

3+ years in Customer Success or account management.
Experience with professional or agency clients.
Experience with digital marketing campaigns and metrics.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Excellent client relationships and organization.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain professional relationships.
Review campaigns and performance; recommend improvements.
Coordinate inner marketing team tasks and ensure deadlines.
Aggregate client reporting and communicate insights to clients.
Own issues and drive solutions with limited supervision.
