Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead a portfolio of concurrent client programs within New Business. You will drive growth by converting pilots into ongoing continuity programs, and manage field leadership, budgets, and client relationships.

You will oversee program execution, develop playbooks, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated solutions, while aligning with renewal strategies and SOW development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client service.
• Experience running multiple concurrent programs.
• P&L or budget ownership with proven profitability.
• People management including field leadership.
• Growth of client engagements (upsells/renewals).
• Experience collaborating with partner agencies and vendors.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to work in ambiguity.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint.
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead across multiple programs.
• Run regular client meetings covering status and initiatives.
• Translate client priorities into field execution plans.
• Escalate program issues and drive solutions.
• Develop and present growth cases for continuity programs.
• Identify and sell incremental growth within programs.
• Deliver results, ROI narratives for renewals.
• Support renewal strategy and SOW development.
• Oversee execution across all programs and maintain playbooks.
• Build reusable playbooks and SOPs.
• Manage program logistics and vendors.
• Collaborate with Acosta Group and external partners.
• Manage field leaders and labor strategy.
• Design flexible staffing models.
• Develop field performance tools.
• Own day-to-day program finances.
• Track KPIs and produce client reporting.
