Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead multiple concurrent client programs in the New Business group. You will oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance while driving growth and program continuity.

Responsibilities include directing field leadership, developing playbooks, and collaborating with vendors to deliver integrated client solutions. Strong client communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, client service, or program management in an agency/retail/field marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs or clients with competing priorities.
• P&L or program budget ownership with a track record of profitability.
• People management experience including field leadership or multi-market teams.
• Experience growing client engagements (upsells, renewals, expansions) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead across multiple programs and build trusted relationships through kickoff to renewal.
• Run regular client meetings covering status, initiatives, and problem-solving.
• Translate client priorities into actionable field execution plans and ensure delivery.
• Act as escalation point for program issues and drive solutions.
