Responsibilities

• Serve as senior day-to-day client lead across multiple programs, from kickoff to renewal.
• Translate client priorities into actionable field execution plans and ensure delivery.
• Develop growth cases to convert pilots into ongoing continuity programs.
• Own program budgets, invoicing reviews, and labor investment vs. revenue.
• Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards for rapid spin-up/down.
• Provide regular client reporting and ROI narratives to leadership.
