Mosaic North America is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead a portfolio of programs within the New Business group. You will drive growth by converting temporary engagements into ongoing continuity programs, managing field leadership, budgets, and client relationships across multiple engagements.

You will develop playbooks, handle renewals and expansions, and partner with agencies and vendors to ensure on-time, profitable delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, client service, or program management in an agency/retail/field marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs or clients with competing priorities.
• P&L or program budget ownership with a track record of delivering goals profitably.
• People management experience, including field leadership or multi-market teams.
• Experience growing client engagements through upsells/renewals/expansions or pilot-to-ongoing conversions (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate across sister/partner agencies and build reusable playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead across multiple programs, building trusted relationships from kickoff through renewal.
• Run regular client meetings and translate priorities into actionable field execution plans.
• Own program performance and logistics, including budgets and staffing across the portfolio.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards to accelerate spin-up and wind-down of programs.
• Collaborate with network and vendors to deliver integrated client solutions.
