Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Chicago is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. You will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate showroom and service requests, and work closely with Sales and Service to meet customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate has a background in administrative or customer-service roles, excellent communication and computer skills, and a professional, dependable demeanor. Automotive knowledge is a plus; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales and service appointment inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions with appropriate departments.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
