Victory Automotive Group in Highland, IN is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative. You will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate showroom and service requests, and work with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in administrative or call center roles, strong communication and computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Automotive knowledge is a plus; Reynolds and Reynolds and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a similar administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service role.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling appointments and following up.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
