Victory Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative in Michigan City to handle inbound inquiries, coordinate showroom and service requests, and support our sales and service teams.

You will manage appointments, follow up on leads, maintain records, and provide administrative assistance, with a friendly, professional demeanor. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and Reynolds and Reynolds experience is helpful.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
