Zions Bancorporation’s Amegy Bank in Pearland, TX is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial clients generating $3–$20 million in annual revenue. You will source new business, advise clients on banking solutions, and meet revenue goals while visiting clients semi-annually to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of directly related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and PC’s skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain, and expand a portfolio of existing Business Banking customers.
• Source new customers through referrals and develop opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Recommend solutions to meet clients’ objectives as a trusted advisor.
• Meet assigned revenue goal for region and products.
• Gain knowledge of each client’s business and personal financial needs.
• Visit client locations every 6 months and develop relationship plans.
