Amegy Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager for The Woodlands, Kingwood, or Conroe, TX. You will grow and manage a portfolio of business customers, from nonprofit to for-profit sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to meet financial objectives.

You will source new clients, achieve revenue targets, and develop in-depth client profiles with relationship plans, coordinating across resources to meet requests and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years directly related experience.
• Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in banking/finance.
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and banking products and services.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and PC skills required.

Responsabilités

• Grow, retain, and expand a portfolio of Business Banking customers, including nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
• Source new customers through referrals and existing client base to drive portfolio growth.
• Recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to meet clients' objectives.
• Meet revenue goals for region and products; understand clients' financial needs.
• Profile clients in-depth and develop/execute relationship plans for each client.
• Drive new acquisitions via centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
• Ensure client requests are met directly or via appropriate resources.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: portfolio growth, revenue/profitability, retention, customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
