Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development
• Established COIs and referral sources
• Financial analysis and credit underwriting skills
• Knowledge of business lending, deposit and cash management solutions
• Ability to provide financial guidance and expertise
• Sales planning and forecasting experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices and clients

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships
• Engage bank partners to provide full range of deposit and related services
• Meet production and profitability goals through community outreach and referrals
• Represent the bank in the community to generate CRA opportunities
