Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development.
• HS diploma or GED/Equivalent with 8+ years in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development.
• Business development experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Make an impact by growing the bank through loans, deposits and fee income.
• Leverage your network to engage local business owners and develop lending opportunities.
• Represent the bank in the community by attending civic and networking events.
• Engage in an efficient loan approval process with credit partners.
• Be part of a collaborative team to support and deepen the full client relationship.
