• Lead recruitment strategies, recruiting teams, and training.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement branch recruitment and digital presence.
